บ้านบัวระรมย์มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดําเนินงานและความต้องการพัฒนาการ

บริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ 2)เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์การ

พัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ 3)เพื่อศึกษาผลการ

ใช้กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์

4)เพื่อปรับปรุงพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียน

บ้านบัวระรมย์ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ คณะครู จํานวน 9 คน และนักเรียน จํานวน 135 คน

รวม 144 คน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา(R&D)

สรุปผลการวิจัย

1.สภาพการดําเนินงานและความต้องการพัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ

พอเพียงของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ตามความคิดเห็นของ คณะครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง

นักเรียน โดยรวมมีสภาพการดําเนินงานอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีความต้องการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2.กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระ

3.ผลการใช้กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียน

บ้านบัวระรมย์ได้แก่ 3.1 ผลสําเร็จ(Out put) ได้ผลการประเมินสถานศึกษาพอเพียงของสํานักงาน

คณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ เฉลี่ยรวมทุกด้านเท่ากับ 80.64 3.2

ผลลัพธ์ (Out come) ที่นักเรียนได้รับ 1)ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน สูงกว่าค่าเป้าหมายทุก

ระดับชั้น 2)นักเรียนผ่านการประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ระดับดีขึ้นไปทุกคน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100

3)นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ ได้รับรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติ จํานวน 70 คน 3.3 ผลลัพธ์ (Out come) ที่

คณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ ได้รับ 1)ผ่านการประเมินทักษะการสอนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ตามหลัก

ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จํานวน 9 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 2)ได้รับรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติ จํานวน 26

รมย์ฉบับปรับปรุงพัฒนาประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์“ภายในปีการศึกษา 2570 โรงเรียนบ้านบัวระรมย์ มุ่ง

พัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทักษะชีวิต ใช้ความคิดด้วยเหตุผล รู้จักประมาณตนอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความพอเพียง”

Abstract

Research Title. Strategies for Developing School Administration Based on the Philosophy

of Sufficiency Economy at Ban Buararom School.

Researcher. Mr. Surachai Seedadam.

Academic Year. 2024 (B.E. 2567).

This research aimed to develop strategies for school administration based on the

Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy at Ban Buararom School. The study had four

objectives: (1) to investigate the current conditions and needs regarding the administration

in accordance with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy; (2) to develop strategic plans

to enhance administrative practices aligned with the said philosophy; (3) to examine the

results from implementing the developed strategies; and (4) to improve and refine the

strategies based on the findings. The research employed a Research and Development

(R&D) methodology, with the study population comprising 9 teachers and 135 students,

totaling 144 participants.

Research Findings.

1.The overall assessment of the current state of administration, as perceived by

teachers, school committee members, and parents, indicated a low level of

implementation but a very high level of developmental need.

2.The developed strategies comprised the following elements. Vision (Targeted for

Academic Year 2024) “Ban Buararom School aspires to develop students with essential

life skills, rational thinking, and a sense of moderation grounded in the Philosophy of

Sufficiency Economy.”8 Missions, 10 Goals, and 4 Strategic Dimensionsunder the concept

of the “4S Strategy.” A total of 16 projects, 4 key performance indicators, and 9 success

conditions were proposed as part of the strategic framework.

3. Results of Implementing the Administrative Development Strategy Based on

the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy at Ban Buararom School.

3.1Outputs.The evaluation result from the Office of the Basic Education

Commission on the school’s sufficiency-based practices shows that Ban Buararom School

achieved an overall average score of 80.64 across all assessed areas.

3.2 Outcomes for Students.Students’ academic achievement exceeded

the target benchmarks at all grade levels.100% of students passed the assessment of

desirable characteristics at the “good” level or higher.A total of 70 students from Ban

Buararom School received honorable awards.

3.3 Outcomes for Teachers.All 9 teachers passed the evaluation of

teaching competencies related to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, accounting for

100%.Teachers received a total of 26 honorary awards.

3.4 Outcomes for the School.Ban Buararom School received 2 honorary

awards.A total of 8 external schools visited Ban Buararom School for study visits.

4. The Improved Strategic Plan for the Development of School Administration Based

on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy at Ban Buararom School.This revised strategic

plan comprises the following components. Vision.By the academic year 2027, Ban

Buararom School aims to develop students equipped with life skills, the ability to think

rationally, and to practice moderation based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.

A total of 8 missions. A total of 10 goals. “4S” Strategies for the development of school

administration in line with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy at Ban Buararom School.

A total of 4 key strategies. A total of 16 development projects. A total of 4 key performance

indicators. A total of 9 enabling factors for success.
