บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนและ 2. ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยหลักฆราวาสธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาอำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 1 รูปแบบการวิจัย ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 8 คน ครูผู้สอน 95 คน รวม 103 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น 1. แบบสอบถาม 2. แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยหลักฆราวาสธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาอำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา และด้านการส่งต่อ ตามลำดับ

2) แนวทางการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยหลักฆราวาสธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา คือ 2.1 สถานศึกษาควรจัดให้มีการประชุมวางแผน ตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการของสถานศึกษา 2.2 ครูประจำชั้นควรจัดทำระเบียนสะสม (ปพ.8) ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน 2.3 ครูประจำชั้นควรออกเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนตามความเป็นจริงและเป็นปัจจุบัน 2.4 ครูควรศึกษาการใช้เครื่องมือการประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์(EQ) ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ของกรมสุขภาพจิต กระทรวงสาธารณสุข วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเพื่อคัดกรองนักเรียนออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มพิเศษ กลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มเสี่ยง และกลุ่มมีปัญหา 2.5 ครูควรใช้เทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วยการประสานงานการส่งต่อนักเรียน ไปยังภาคีเครือข่าย เช่น โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล สถานีตำรวจ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างรวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จะต้องดูแลช่วยเหลือเอาใจใส่ระหว่างการดำเนินงานส่งต่อกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อให้เกิดความไว้วางใจจากผู้ปกครอง และรายงานผู้ปกครองทุกช่องทางในรูปแบบออนไลน์ มีการบันทึกและสรุปผลการส่งต่อนักเรียนไปยังครูที่เกี่ยวข้องในการช่วยเหลือนักเรียน เช่น ครูแนะแนว ครูพยาบาล ครูฝ่ายปกครอง ครูที่ปรึกษาในรูปแบบออนไลน์เพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการทำงาน เกิดประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study the administration of the student support system and study ways to improve the administration of the student support system with the Secular Principles (Gharavasa Dhamma) of Opportunity Expansion School Administrators in Muang Chiang Mai District under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There were 103 samples, consisting of 8 school administrators, 95 teachers, a total of 103 people. The tools used were 1.Questionnaire 2.Semi-structured interviews, analyzed data by arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: the administration of the student support system with the Secular Principles (Gharavasa Dhamma) of Opportunity Expansion School Administrators in Muang Chiang Mai District under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Overall it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, sorting the average values from highest to lowest, namely, student screening. Knowing students individually Student promotion Prevention and problem solving and forwarding side respectively 2. Guidelines for the administration of the student support system were: 2.1. Schools should hold planning meetings according to the official plan of the school. 2.2 Classroom teachers should keep their cumulative records up to date 2.3 Classroom teachers should visit the student’s home truthfully and up to date. 2.4 Teachers should study the use of the Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQ) tool through the Department of Mental Health’s under the Ministry of Public Health website, analyze the data to screen students into four groups: special groups, normal groups, vulnerable groups, and problem groups. 2.5 Teachers should use technology to coordinate student referrals to network partners such as Sub-District Health Promotion Hospitals, police stations, relevant agencies quickly and efficiently. Teachers and educational personnel must assist with the student referrals to experts to gain trust from parents and report to parents in all online channels, recorded and summarized the referrals to teachers involved in helping students such as guidance teachers, nurses, student welfare teachers, advisor teachers in an online format for the quickest and most effective work.
