บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวกับ การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม 2) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สอนในโรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทยในปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 36 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 ที่กำลังศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2566 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทย จำนวน 218 คน โดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) และใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) 3) แบบสอบถามการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครู 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ดังนี้

1.1 ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (mu = 2.45, sigma = 0.87)

1.2 ผลการศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (mu = 4.75, sigma = 0.51)

2. ผลการส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม 4 ด้าน จากผลการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) พบว่า ด้านการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.77, S.D. = 0.52) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.76, S.D. = 0.50) ด้านการมีทักษะการคิดแก้ปัญหาและการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.52) และด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.53)

2.1 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนเพิ่มขึ้น มากกว่าร้อยละ 5 ของส่วนที่ขาด นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 4.69

2.2 ผลการประเมินทักษะพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นต่อผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.68 , S.D. = 0.70)

3. ครูมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.66 , S.D. = 0.39)

4. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนดงมูลวิทยาคม โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (mu = 4.65 , sigma = 0.37)

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the current and desired state of active learning management to promote the quality of 21stcentury learners at Dongmoon Wittayakom School, and 2) promote the quality of 21stcentury learners at Dongmoon Wittayakom School. 3) To study teachers’ satisfaction with active learning management to promote 21stcentury learner quality at Dongmoon Wittayakom School, and 4) To study students’ satisfaction with active learning management to promote 21stcentury learner quality at Dongmoon Wittayakom School. The population used in this research consisted of 36 teachers who taught at Dongmoon Wittayakom School, under the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization, Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, during the 2023 academic year. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. The sample group used in this research consisted of 218 students in grades 1-6 of Dongmoon Wittayakom School, under the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization, Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, who were studying in the 2023 academic year. The sample was selected using the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) and simple random sampling. The research instruments used were: 1) a questionnaire on the current and desired state of active learning; 2) Interview questionnaire regarding the current and desired state of active learning management. 3) a questionnaire on active learning management; 4) a teacher satisfaction questionnaire; and 5) a student satisfaction questionnaire. Data was analyzed using statistical software to calculate the mean, percentage, and standard deviation.

Research Results

1. The results of the study on the current and desired state of active learning management to promote the quality of learners in the 21st century are as follows:

1.1 The overall results of the study on the current state of active learning management to promote the quality of learners in the 21st century are at a high level (mu = 2.45, sigma = 0.87).

1.2 The results of the study on the desired state of active learning management to promote the quality of learners in the 21st century were at the highest level overall (mu = 4.75, sigma = 0.51).

2. Results of promoting 21st-century learner quality at Dongmoon Wittayakom School in 4 areas: Analysis of the Active Learning questionnaire revealed that: Participatory learning was at the highest level overall (x̄ = 4.77, S.D. = 0.52); Self-directed learning was at the highest level overall (x̄ = 4.76, S.D. = 0.50); Problem-solving and application skills were at the highest level overall (x̄ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.52); and Hands-on learning was at the highest level overall (x̄ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.53).

2.1 Students’ academic achievement increased by more than 5% of the deficiencies. Students’ academic achievement increased by 4.69%.

2.2 The overall assessment of essential 21stcentury skills for learners was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.68, S.D. = 0.70).

3. The overall satisfaction of teachers with active learning management to promote 21stcentury learner quality at Dongmoon Wittayakom School had an average satisfaction level that was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.66, S.D. = 0.39).

4. Students at Dongmoon Wittayakom School expressed high satisfaction with the active learning approach designed to promote 21stcentury learning outcomes, with an overall average satisfaction score of the highest (mu = 4.65, sigma = 0.37).
