บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 2) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก ของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลปลูกปัญญา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเทศบาลปลูกปัญญา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 126 คน ผู้นิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน หัวหน้าวิชาการระดับต่าง ๆ จำนวน 3 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 16 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 22 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 1 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 5 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร ประเด็นคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม รูปแบบการนิเทศ คู่มือการนิเทศ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย (𝑥̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) รูปแบบการนิเทศโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก “SPSPAC Model” ของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลปลูกปัญญา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ ประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบ เงื่อนไขของการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ ปัจจัยสนับสนุน วิธีดำเนินงาน และผลผลิต 2) ครูผู้สอนมีสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก หลังการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศ “SPSPAC Model” สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบ และ 3) ครูผู้สอนมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก “SPSPAC Model” อยู่ในระดับมาก

ABSTRACT

This research aimed: to 1) develop a supervision model using professional learning communities to promote teachers’ active learning management competencies, 2)experiment with the supervision model using professional learning communities to promote teachers’ active learning management competencies, and 3)assessing the satisfaction of the supervision model using professional learning communities to promote teachers’ active learning management competencies at the Plookpanya Municipality School under royal patronage. The target group includes 126 teachers in the 2024 academic year, supervisors consist of 3 school administrators, 3 academic heads at various levels, 16 heads of primary and secondary learning subject groups, totaling 22 people, and the experts consisted of 3 school directors, 1 expert in learning management, and 1 expert in educational supervision, totaling 5 people, all selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments consist of a document analysis form, an interview and focus group guide, supervision form, supervision manual, lesson plan, and learning management competency assessment form, and a satisfaction evaluation form. The qualitative data were content analyzed and the quantitative data were analyzed using the mean (𝑥̅) and standard deviation (S.D.).

The research results found that 1) the supervision model using professional learning communities to promote teachers’ active learning management competencies "SPSPAC Model" of teachers at the Plookpanya Municipality School under royal patronage.

It consists of principles, objectives, components, conditions for implementing the model, supporting factors, methods of operation, and outputs. 2) Teachers have higher competence in active learning management after using the "SPSPAC Model" supervision model than before using the model, and 3) Teachers were highly satisfied with the supervision model using professional learning community to promote active learning management competencies, “SPSPAC Model”.
